Happy New Year! It’s the beginning of not only a new year, but a new decade. It’s not just any year, it’s 2020! 20/20 – Clear Vision, New Vision!!
What is your vision for this coming year and decade? What do you see for yourself? What do you see for your family and the world around you? Time to be honest with ourselves about how we are showing up in our own lives and for others. What can we tweak to make ourselves a little better or even a lot better in 2020? Having a vision for your immediate and long-term future allows you to create whatever it is that you want. When you can see it, you can make it happen!
I’m excited to be working on a book about kids with anxiety , and have also added a new Instagram page, @anxiousparenting, that will continually address this topic that so many of us and our children struggle with. Please follow me!
I’m looking forward to the New Year. It feels like a fresh start, and with this being a new decade, it’s a wonderful opportunity for new beginnings, new goals and some reinvention.
